The paperwork enclosed includes the receipt for private prior market offer, the shipping invoice, a letter from the Director of Board of Governors for the Bradford Exchange, also included is a copy of a letter from Xu Liejun, Manager of China National Arts & Crafts. This letter announces that official permission had been granted from the government of the People's Republic of China to ship Pao-chai plates out of Ching-te Chen. There is also a preliminary market analysis report dated 12/31/1986 stating this plate is positioned for rapid price appreciation due to the 115 firing days.
